Introduction	I'm a new full-time step-mom who really wants to give my little hunny bunny a great, balanced start in life by eating healthy despite what the food industry propaganda bombards us with each day. We are not vegan, but we are GMO, dairy, and mostly sugar free. We eat local, organic, in season, whole foods as much as possible, even on a budget! I have struggled to find tasty recipes that she'll eat with all of these things in check (especially baking). I will try to amass some recipes here and experiment with replacing ingredients in other classic recipes with healthier ones! Hopefully you'll see there is delicious to be had even within these guidelines. I will also post about food and flower gardening, crafting and alternative healing! but mostly food, I think.
