Dear Aunt Agnes, Thank for the very thoughtful gift. As I'm sure you remember, DH has a paralyzing fear of roosters due to that tragic accident that cost him his pinky finger when he was a boy, so a rooster is the perfect place to keep our maple syrup (my one sweet weakness) which is certainly not part of his restricted diet since we found out he's diabetic.
