Introduction	Hey!!! I began this blog in 2010 while on my gap year to document the many lessons I hoped to learn during my once in a lifetime trip to Kenya to volunteer. That trip was amazing and the first part of this blog-most of 2010 posts are 'Kenyan Diaries' which are literally my thoughts during the turbulent yet inspiring adventures I encountered in Kenya. So now...a changed woman I write about the many things that run marathons in my mind. Whether it be my strong views on race, religion, beauty, poverty or black on black crime or my horrific journey into city law or just my literary stories through poetry, if your a deep thinker, I think you'll like this blog!
