Introduction	I am determined to keep my life as simple as possible. Most of my information comes from NPR and the inter-net. I like .. small & rural towns, authentic folks who live their values, children, four legged critters, sitting by a creek, reading and writing...and I am outraged by hypocrisy & the status quo folks. I refuse to take them seriously. Humor is the best defense against despair.
Interests	creativity, Nature, children, cheap cigars, good coffee, simplicity, members of my tribe, wabi sabi, haiku, naps and supporting Local to the maximum degree possible.
Favorite music	If it sounds good it is good. I'll listen to it all and if I can understand the lyric I'll probably respect the effort of the musician. Especially those earnest kids at the neighborhood school concerts.
Favorite books	Tao te Ching, Zorba the Greek, Winnie the Pooh and the ten thousand books of similar nature.
