Introduction	. I began college in 2000 as an elementary education student; but family issues forced me to take a break from school and get a job to help support my family. During this break I receive a job with Regions and was convinced to go back to school for a business degree. I completed my undergrad degree in May of 2009 and recently obtained my MBA degree from William Carey University in May of 2011. Although, I have been employed at Regions for six years and enjoy my job; I continue to have a burning desire to have an impact in our youth’s lives and achieve my dream of owning and running my own Pre School/ learning center. Although I do not have an education background I want to be a Strong leader and mentor for the teacher and staff within my learning center; I truly feel that is what I will receive in this program. I enjoy teaching vacation bible school, volunteering with community youth and local learning centers. I am currently working on a summer program for my church called Eager for Knowledge Summer reading program.
