| Introduction | I am soon to be 48 years old and believe it or not I am just now interested in learning how to bake and cook. Don't get me wrong I can cook basic dishes however my baking skills are null. The last time I tried baking from scratch I made chocolate chip cookies. This was about 11 years ago. My daughter and her daddy said I should share them with the local hockey team; not as a treat but as extra hockey pucks. I've been watching the FoodNetwork and the Cooking Chanels for the last 8 years and I finally am ready to start giving some of their recipies a try. So, wish me luck. |
