| Introduction | My name is Krystal Sadler. I'm a Birthing Doula. I realized early in life that I loved to be a part in the journey of pregnancy and birthing. After my own experiences and assisting many friends with their births, I learned of doula's. I realized what an important part a trained labor companion can be in the whole birthing process. With my own experience as a "coach" or "doula" and with the birth of my own children it made a world of difference to have someone who knew what was going on. In my opinion it could drastically improve the birthing experience from being something that is scary and unknown to something that is an incredible journey a mother takes at the beginning of motherhood. I feel everyone should have an amazing childbirth and be proud of their own capabilities. |
