| Introduction | I am a 53 year old male. My birthday is on the 11th of February. I live with my partner of 16 years who is a Public Health Manager. I have one step-daughter, who is away at university. I am 5’ 9’’ (1.75m) tall and I weight 16st 6lb (104.5 kg). I live in a rural community in England. I work as a freelance parcel courier, a horse riding instructor, a business manager, a marketeer and a writer. I have previously run my own Marketing and Advertising businesses, a Riding School and long in the past found employment in Her Majesty The Queen's Armed Services. I have a black Labrador cross called Bruce. And I am a STROKE survivor. That is all you will ever know about me. I will not give any further personal details or information that could identify me or any of the people connected with me. I do this to shield the innocent and to protect me form the others. This blog is my attempt to understand what happened and is happening to me.
