Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Do fish have desires? If they do I think their desires are overshadowed by their bulging eyes which desire not to bulge so much. It is rather off putting to say the least. If I were a fish I would hide my bulging eyes...who cares about bicycles anyway?
