Introduction	It all started when I was a twinkle in the prison guard's eye as my mother bribed him so she could have some alone time with my father while he was incarcerated in the prison infirmary. Now Several years later here I sit hopefully providing you with entertainment, insight and some good food. Growing up with a single mother helped me have a passion for the domestic sciences. I know how to sew, needle point, kinda crochet but my real passion is cooking. I love bold flavors and simple ingredients. I especially love the company that good food brings. I retired from the US Army so I understand good friends and have an appreciation for their company. Nothing brings out the friendship and the stories better than food. So lets get started.
