Introduction	I am a former Catholic who is now a catechumen in the Antiochian Orthodox Church. I have been a Certified Lay Speaker in the United Methodist Church for several years and was ordained into the ministry in an Evangelical church several years ago. I currently serve as the Chaplain at the Linden Volunteer Fire Department while moving toward full communion with the Orthodox church. My Catholic roots cause me to tend to be a fundamentalist in my faith beliefs and very conservative in my personal faith walk with Christ. I am certain that Christ abides in us when we accept Him as our Lord and Savior. I pray that Christ will work through me and lead me to write the words He wants the world to see in these blog posts.
