| Introduction | I have been writing poetry since before I could hold a pencil. I have to thank Patrice Vecchione (http://www.patricevecchione.com/) for teaching me at such a young age to take all the thoughts swirling through my mind and turn them into words on paper. After all these years of writing, I feel like I need to do more than just write my poetry down and stick it on a shelf to gather dust. If by creating this blog I can inspire one person, or have someone say "Wow someone understands the way I feel," then I will know it has been worth all the time spent typing. And if, by chance, anyone ever quotes me, then wow my life's goal will have been fulfilled. Oh to be quoteable... *sigh* |
