| Introduction | Since I first started working in high school, I tried retail and hated it! When I finally found myself working at a Smoothie King, then did I know I would end up working with food. If not working with food at a job then I would be working with it at home. Working the restaurant industry has given me a love for food I though I never had. Finding the inspiration to cook, the challenge to make sure your recipe is just right, the anticipation of a friend taking the first bite, and the feeling of accomplishment when they ask for more is what I live for! I may just be a broke college student, but I am a broke college student with a passion. My passion not only calls for making amazing food, but for giving my food to others and watching their faces light up after the first few bites. I love to make appetizers, salad, entrees, and desserts. |
