| Introduction | This blog is about my efforts to lose weight. I'm finding I need an anonymous place to write about my weight loss journey and other experiences. I've been steadily gaining weight for most of my adult life. I lost a pile after I had my son, but after I went back to work I gained it all back. After a few stressful years, I decided that 2010 was it. I was done with this pattern and I really, seriously needed to get serious about getting healthy. This blog is to provide me a place to write about my weight loss struggles... and anything else that may come to mind! |
