My blogs
| Introduction | I am a senior at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York and have recently decided that cooking is cool. Just before I started classes in September, I resolved to act on my newfound interest in cooking and baking and make it a part of my lifestyle. This blog is documentation of my successes and failures, as well as an advice column on any cooking tips or ideas that I stumble upon that other college kids might find useful. I am a novice at this, but through my chronicles I hope to prove that cooking can be fun and simple enough for any busy college kid. I’ll test some fancy recipes as well as experiment with easy classics to bring you a fun and interesting twist on the overplayed dishes that are found in the cafeteria. Some old, some new, and some borrowed recipes will be featured for your enjoyment! At the least, my housemates will be pleased with all of the leftovers! Thanks for reading and I’m always open to new ideas or recipes, so please comment! |
