| Introduction | For 2014, I will be racing in the 50-54 year age group for triathlon racing. I have a Cannondale Slice 4 for Triathlon racing and Trek 5.2 Madone carbon road bike as well. I run in Brooks Pure Cadence 2 shoes for the road and Pearl Izumi EM1 N1 Trail shoes for the trails. Preferred nutrition is Honey Stinger, GU, Pac Health Labs, EnduroShark Salts and Skratch Labs. |
