| Introduction | As an expert in repetitive strain injuries I love working online with people who are looking for answers to aches and pains, from sports injuries or work related pain. Healing myself from severe wrist pain and numbness in my hand led to the development of the Julstro System for Repetitive Strain Injuries of the Hand and Wrist and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. In 2001, along with Zev Cohen, MD, I wrote "Carpal Tunnel Syndrome - What You Don't Know CAN Hurt You" I now teach people how to release hand/wrist pain and numbness, and carpal tunnel syndrome, through a DVD program (go to www.carpaltunneltreatment.org for details) and I also teach workshops around the USA. I love teaching the Work Shouldn’t Hurt and Stop Pain Fast workshops because I meet so many wonderful people. My work with endurance athletes led me to write "The Pain-Free Triathlete”, which is now a Home-Study course for fitness trainers, and my newest book “Treat Yourself to Pain-Free Living.” It's rewarding to work with fitness trainers, massage therapists, athletes, and anyone who is interested in improving their own performance levels or enhancing their ability to share these self-treatment techniques with their clients. |
