| Introduction | Liz and I knew each other in Missouri but we made sure to stay clear of one another. Liz and her family moved to California in October of 2001. I received a job offer for B.P. in May of 2002. I didn't know anyone in California so I called Liz's family to pick me up at the airport and take me to El Centro, CA. After I returned from the academy, I would go and visit the Davis family on my days off. Liz and I worked out a deal to where I would pay for the fun and she would direct us where to go. Pretty good deal huh? We did that for a few months and I asked her to marry me at the Mormon Rocks near Redlands, CA. We were married July 19, 2003 in the San Diego L.D.S. Temple. |
