| Introduction | I live in Keene New Hampshire in a cozy little studio apartment in a normal family neighborhood just up the street from the center of town. I work as an aid in a special education program at Keene High School for kids with autism spectrum disorders. That job serves two purposes: it's a money-making venture while I'm studying for my MFA in Poetry writing, and it's a resume-builder that will help me earn an appointment in a PhD program for school psychology. I am currently in the process of applying to schools around the country. My goal is either to be a school psychologist full-time in an elementary school setting, or to teach at the college level and consult for schools. Either way, I'd like to be able to publish poetry on the side. |
