About me

Introduction	I am a 1st year med student at Lincoln Memorial University with an amazing wife and two awesome kids. About a year ago, when I was visiting family in D.C., I went on a trail run with my brother-in-law Neal and his buds. I have been hooked ever since. I found awesome trails within 5 minutes of my house in The Cumberland Gap National Historical Park that are easily accessible. I decided to start a blog that tells the stories of some of my adventures in trail running.
