Introduction	I've always been a healer at heart, although I'm no longer working as a doctor. I'm also naturally interested in everything and everyone ... except myself. In fact, I never learned to take care of myself, and spent my early life too busy doing other things, while my family and eventually my husband, Just Smith, looked after me. At 27 I had my third or fourth nervous breakdown. Now, with my husband here to catch me, I am slowly learning to live and to FLY - to finally love myself.
