| Introduction | I've always been a healer at heart, although I'm no longer working as a doctor. I'm also naturally interested in everything and everyone ... except myself. In fact, I never learned to take care of myself, and spent my early life too busy doing other things, while my family and eventually my husband, Just Smith, looked after me.
