| Favorite movies | Gattaca is my single favorite movie, because Gattaca is pure science fiction—no magical nonsense, just a grounded vision of the future. I think I first loved Gattaca because of its striking aesthetic: clean, elegant, and quietly futuristic. But beneath that surface beauty lies something deeper. It’s a story about flawed, ordinary human beings who, through their limitations, reveal what it truly means to be human. It’s about perseverance in the face of a world that says, “you can’t.” It’s about heroism without superpowers—about defying the boundaries of your design.
