Introduction	Just like people need to buy, people need to sell...And I believe there will be a lot more sellers in the next couple of years than there will be buyers...I believe that the huge buying and selling frenzy of homes, the orgy of "free" money driving up the prices and helping make up the difference between what buyers earn and have in the bank and what the seller wants for their home, is at an end for the forseeable future...Now, I just have to prove it.
