| Introduction | I decided to start the DUBC Blog (DUB=W and C) after witnessing the slow decline in both the quality and objectivity of the print media. I asked myself why I was paying for opinions when all I wanted was facts. Finally I decided to follow the lead of some fantastic local blogs like CLAYCORD.COM and focus on the community I’ve called home for much of my life. I will use my extensive network of snitches in the local business community, government and of course you the reader, to bring you interesting stories and perspectives you may not find elsewhere. I will not cover every Walnut Creek story but will focus on public safety issues and other important topics not always covered in print. Feel free to email me news tips, photos or other information you would like to see posted.
