| Introduction | Cynthia Wheeler is a 17 year old student at School Without Walls High School in Washington DC. She's a senior in the National Cathedral Scholars Program and enjoys singing in her school choir and serving elders in the DC area with the Community Service Club at her school. The second child of three, and the only girl, standing out has always been in her genes. But standing up has become one of her most recent passions. She loves environmental policy. She hopes to attend UNC - Chapel Hill to major in Environmental Studies, and then to attend GWU or Columbia University for her law degree. With a love for knowledge and strong opinions, Cynthia hopes to make an impression on this world that will never be forgotten. |
