| Introduction | Jolanda van Goor was born in the northwest of The Netherlands. She graduated from The Academy of Fine Arts in Education (Amsterdam School of the Arts) in 2006. After graduating from the Architectural Design department at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie she established Studio Jolanda van Goor. In 2010 she was selected for the Doen/Materiaalprijs and for Gespot Talent. Several of her works have been shown at the Museumhuis Kunstpaviljoen in Nieuwe Roden. In April (12-17) 2011 works of Jolanda will be exhibited at the biggest and most important fair on design; the Salone Internazionale del Mobile di Milano. Tuttobene selected her for this event, alongside a select group of other talented and innovative designers from The Netherlands. Studio Jolanda van Goor specializes in interior and product design. It focuses on creating concepts which are not only functional but also pay attention to design and material. Products are handmade and sustainable materials are used.
