| Introduction | My name is Journey Clare, also known as the Self-Esteem Flame Ignitor. Raised in Chester, Pennsylvania, I learned that life’s lessons are not always gentle and healing rarely follows a straight line. I am an unorthodox mental health professional, poet, parent advocate, and owner of The Empowerment Center. I make room for conversations people fear having and truths that do not fit neatly into inspirational quotes. Here, we explore self-worth, pain, identity, relationships, caregiving, boundaries, spirituality, and finding yourself after years of putting others first. I bring professional knowledge and lived experience, choosing to heal out loud so others can feel less alone. I will not tell you everything happens for a reason or that every wound must become a lesson. Some experiences deserve to be grieved before we decide what comes next. Your pain does not get to write every remaining chapter of your life. Together, we can explore what you want to reclaim, what you are ready to release, and what makes you feel alive.
