| Introduction | I'm a 41 year old woman who never thought she'd meet the man of her dreams and have a child. Now married for 5.5 years to the man of my dreams we now have the child of our dreams via donated embryos. After TTC for 6 months on our own unsucessfully, we were given IVF as our only option to conceive (low sperm count). After 4 failed fresh cycles, I've been told I have elderly eggs (my words). So we did not follow the "advice" of many who have told us to "just relax" in order to have a child. We did everything within available possibilities to make it happen for us. |
