| Introduction | It's a simple story, really it is. Chubby as a child, pleasantly plump as a teen, and simply fat as an adult. This has been my life and with the exception of about 20 minutes of being thin, it is all I have known. Sadly, too many others can relate to what I am saying. Obesity in America is disgraceful, and I am a part of it. I would love to say that I have found my way out and that this blog is a triumphant battle cry to all the plus sizes out there that YOU CAN DO IT TOO! Alas, it really is just a bitching place to say how much I hate being fat and at the same time how much I love a good piece of strawberry cheesecake. I have always said that if reincarnation DID exist (and I do not believe it does), I would come back here a size 2 and the rest of the world would see me as an outcast because a generous 16+ would be the norm. I would spend my entire life trying to eat more and more and never gain weight. |
