| Introduction | Interest in politics is based on my personal opinion that American politics is far too irrational, based on fantasy over reality and driven by economic and/or ideological self-interest. Social science knows that the human mind is a self-deceiving spin machine that routinely trashes facts and logic to get believe it wants based on ideological or self-interest inspired fantasies (not reality). That led to discovery of a way to reduce (not totally eliminate) the problem. The question is whether Americans want to hear about it or not, and if so, whether they have the moral courage to accept that reality of human nature. |
