| Introduction | I'm a 45 year old wife and mother of 3 (mother of 3, not wife of 3) who works a full time job and has struggled with obesity (yes I'm using the O word - cuz that's what it is!) most of my life and experienced the health consequences associated with it as well. I have had weight loss surgery to help me overcome some of the physical reasons for being obese but I still struggle on the emotional reasons for overeating. I decided to blog about my experiences from deciding to get weight loss surgery up until the present day where I am currently preparing for a body building competition. I do a tremendous amount of research before embarking on anything, and I am using this site as a collection of my findings, including reference information on weight loss surgery, exercise, plastic surgery, supplements, fat loss, muscle gains, exercise guidelines, motivation and healthy tasty food ideas. By combining in 1 central location, I'm hoping YOU can benefit from the tremendous amount of information I have received from the most respected in their industry.
