Introduction	I am an associate professor in the Departments of Communication and Women & Gender Studies at the University of Delaware. My research and teaching focus on the role of digital media in health promotion and civic engagement. I am also a certified children's yoga teacher and a Reiki (Level II) practitioner. I live in Newark, Delaware, with my husband and two young children.
