| Introduction | We are a happy, healthy family on a search for optimal health. Compared to most families in the USA, we are quite "healthy", hardly ever sick, maybe 1-2 visits to a Dr. per year. We eat fairly healthy, exercise regularly and truly enjoy sharing time together and with God. Yet as we look at the Standard American Diet, and the overall deterioration of health in the US, we can't help but feel there has to be something better. So join us on our quest as we hit the battlefield, knocking down barriers of years of bad eating habits as we search for true health. |
