| Introduction | Born in Kollegal(Karnataka)and now settled in Chennai, I have always loved cooking and serving my children & grand-children. As a youngster, I never ventured into kitchen and my parents (C.S.Subbaramiah / Seethalakshmi) nurtured an interest for cooking. My father was employed as Supervisor and Civil engineer with Sankey Factory and the State PWD during the 50s. I have trained many youngsters over the few decades. Since the modern trend has changed, much of cooking work has gone down. To keep them posted with family values and traditional cooking, I have created this blog. |
