| Introduction | I am the Founder of the Life4u Group. I have no personal gender issues but enjoy working with gender dysphoria clients to achieve balance and harmony in their working and personal lives. I have found these people intelligent and interesting. I also work with other neuro-diversity conditions such as dyslexia and hyperactivity and situations involving bullying and harassment.I have an Advanced Coaching Degree and Business Management and am a trained Equal Opportunities Investigator. I have experience of Tribunals and dealing with ACAS. I have a diverse career history with considerable private and public sector experience including policy adviser in The Cabinet Office, Chief Executive on Local Strategic Partnership and and Ministerial briefing. I also have a large extended family of four grown up children, seven grandchildren and have battled with some very challenging life experiences.
