| Introduction | I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from the University of Washington. I've been teaching since 1989, and working concurrently as a consultant/editor since 2000. I have spoken on career search strategies and game development education at GDC--the Game Developers Conference (2015, will be speaking again in 2017) and PaxDev (2015, 2016). My articles and essays have been published online and in print in Canada, the United States, Europe and Japan. I have also contributed a chapter to an academic study of Doctor Who (the 12th Doctor), pending publication in 2017. |
