| Introduction | My passion for decorating cakes began when I entered into the Jackson family in 2000. Barb, my sister-n-law, always made these beautiful cakes and I was interested in learning how to make these cool creations. She graciously taught me what she knew and we have been working together ever since. It is a joy to work along side her. Our strengths seem to complement each other.
