Introduction	I grew up in Iowa. I live in Ohio. I've lived in Michigan, New York and Colorado. My years (2) in New York (upstate) were too short to change my Midwestern perspective. Colorado considers itself a 'mountain' state, not a Midwestern one and I spent 7 years there. So, out of 51 years, I have lived in the Midwest for 42 of them. Since 42 is the "answer to life, the universe & everything else", that must mean something.
