| Introduction | Born and raised on Long Island (or lawngiland as we natives say it), I have had a full life: lead singer in a heavy metal band, actor, director, light and sound designer, recording studio engineer and finally, French trained executive chef. Moved to SW Florida in '92 with my wife of 21 years and now 3 boys 17, 12, and 8. I now sell food rather than cook it and enjoy coaching high school ice hockey and travel roller hockey. |
