| Introduction | I'm Matthew,Will & Nikki McClurg's first baby. I'll be born in a few weeks in Boston, MA. Mom and Dad will travel there on Dec. 19th, to be close to The Children's Hospital in time for me to be born. This is where the special doctors work, the ones who can take care of me and fix the problems with my heart. The doctors call it Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome with Endocardial Fibroelastosis. Those are really big, scary words that I don't really understand. I will have 3 surgeries within my first two years of life; the first one will be done within 7 days after I'm born. My family is sad that I will be sick but they trust God and my doctors to make me well. I am sad that Mom and Dad will be far from home this Christmas, but I sure do love them for doing this for me. I hope we can come home to Daphne, AL by Valentine's Day. |
| Interests | Sucking my thumb, getting hiccups, listening to mom and dad talk about me, jumping rope, and sometime I kick the walls in here just to be sure Mom's paying attention! |
