Introduction	I've passionately (and obsessively) collected cookbooks over a long career in the food industry. I finally have a library big enough to hold my whole collection of over 1000 books. Sadly, I have never prepared a recipe from most of these cookbooks. So I've decided to challenge myself and cook at least one recipe from each cookbook and share the results in this blog.
