| Introduction | I am a single 23 year old undergrad, entrepreneur, lover of life and the people in it, and of course, a part-time vegan (with every intention to find myself back at full-time). I reside in Austin, Texas (my favsies city!) and I like reading, Town Lake, cooking, good times with good people, red wine, music, movies, and my iPad. Right now I am pursuing a degree in broadcast journalism and trying to start my own business as a green event planner. I have been a vegetarian for 2 1/2 years and feel a responsibility to share with you all the knowledge and insight I have gained on this path. Enjoy! |
