Introduction	Art is the expression of a personal, sensual experience. I’ve always been keen to express the passionate side of life through my art. The mermaid image has that element in it and I’ve always been a passionate angler so fish appear frequently in my work. I have a passion for learning as well as for teaching, that’s why I like to use a variety of mediums from batik, through woodcut, etching, lithography, dry-point, linocuts, watercolors, acrylics and oils. Art and life are one; like a motorcycle, you can screw on the throttle and lean well into the turns.
