Introduction	I have a passion for cooking for my husband, friends and family. Unfortunately, many of the foods they can eat I cannot. I am allergic to wheat and eggs. Because of this, for years I have adapted recipes so they may suit my allergies AND everyone's taste-buds. My husband shares my passion for food (he eats it, doesn't cook it!) So I have in turn become passionate about what he loves: Wildlife. We spend a lot of our time together outdoors.
