| Introduction | I am a native Houstonian. I have never lived elsewhere. I have had the opportunity to travel over the years. I am a recovering alcoholic. I have one cat who is indoor only.I love coffee very hot, popcorn, sweets, the sound of hummingbirds in flight, the songs of Mockingbirds, chirp of the Cardinals,butterflies, puppy breath, horse breath, the feel and sound of a cat purring (especially mine). |
| Interests | East and Southern Africa, Loving on my cat (Precious), travel, reading about subjects that I want to know more about(I Google it)talking, eating, drinking coffee with honey and milk, watching Hummingbirds, tv, prayer and devotions when I am at my best, speeding and loud music when I'm not at my best and(trying to reconcile the gap between the two most days), e-mailing friends, mental travel(no baggage needed), making someone else feel "special", riding in the country, shopping at Sacco Catholic Book Store, buying books, photography, walking in cool weather, sunsets, anything by the water, listening to music while driving, driving fast, people-watching, reminiscing, collecting Rosaries, praying the Rosary, Crossing myself, complaining(known by another term)feeding the birds in my yard, reading about certain Saint's lives, space travel and photos from space, Nature photos, jokes told by Mr. Craig (a client at work-he's a corker), seeing how fast I can get my work done when I'm busy, seeing how accurate AND fast I can get my work done, reading the paper at work, watching tv from the bed, having my first cup of coffee in bed, waking up slowly, looking at what other's have out on display in their homes, Mexican food, Italian food, hitting a golf ball on the "sweet spot", watching Misty Mae play beach volleyball, watching men's tennis, blogging |
