| Introduction | I was born with a tenacious ability to see glints of silver in almost any circumstance. Actually, I was accused of being a "Pollyanna". I am no longer offended by the accusation but have grounded myself by removing the too-rose-tinted specs and having lazer correction. I am a empty-nested mother-my three daughters have flown into adulthood. Enjoying my fifties and retirement. This is my first blog experience and I hope to meet others please let me know about you. |

Lewis) and any book by George Mac Donald, Jane Austin (I admire her wit and the truth she spoke regarding the social injustice of her era), Charles Dickens, whatever I am reading at the present, which is Medicus, My Utmost for His Highest, Bible (various versions), Love comes Softly, anything by Jane Kirkpatrick, Let Justice Roll Down by Dr. John Perkins and his other books on nurturing the downtrodden and all whom need Truth and Justice. |
