Occupation | Adult Educator and Corporate Trainer |
Location | Maryland, United States |
Introduction | I am an adult educator and workshop facilitator specializing in management, leadership and communication. I create and facilitate engaging, interactive, and tightly designed educational programs for corporations, not-for-profits, and government agencies that help managers, leaders and teams manage conflict productively, coach direct reports and colleagues for improved performance, and focus on achievable goals. I also teach business, management and leadership to Undergraduate Engineers at Johns Hopkins University (JHU) and Masters Candidates in Science and Technology fields at JHU and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and worked for about 15 years in industry before becoming a workshop facilitator and instructor. I've worked on the factory floor and I've had the big office with the giant window and guest table & chairs. I've seen a lot and learned a lot and so have you. Let's share what we've learned and build on each others's knowledge and experiences so we continue to grow. |
