| Introduction | I'm a 47 year old female with a thyroid problem. I hold a degree in Exercise Science and have a long history of working out, including a successful powerlifting career. I've always had a hard time losing the extra fat so I decided to try this, admittedly, extreme approach to finally losing weight. I've used .125ml of HCG applied as a topical cream, just like bio-identical hormones are delivered, but have had more success with prescription injections. I decided to write about my experience using the HCG Diet Protocol about half way through my first round of HCG. I plan to keep this updated through the next year, so I can track my long term progress. |
