Introduction	I am a midwestern lady pursuing a career in music, specifically opera performance and teaching private voice. I'm a strong Christian and my goal is to be a vessel that God can use to His glory and do that through music. I have been immensely blessed in this life thus far with the love of my family, several friends I've made along the way, and the gift of music . This blog is my ramblings on my life and thoughts about it's events as they occur ♥
Interests	singing (obviously), playing the harp, READING!, baking, playing with my hamster, watching the masterpiece collection by BBC on PBS, going to concerts/operas/plays/musicals/etc, painting, going to sporting events, camping, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
Favorite movies	Where to even start! Amélie, Pan's Labyrinth, Chocolat, Jane Eyre (BBC 2006), Hot Fuzz, Finding Neverland, The Reader, P.S. I Love You, There Will Be Blood, Disney movies!, Gangs of New York, Les Miserables, lots more!
Favorite music	Classical!!! Favorite composers include Mozart, Wagner, Schubert, Rossini, Respighi, Poulenc, Debussy, Bizet, Offenbach, Purcell, Handel, Gilbert & Sullivan, Heggie, and Adamo to name a few. Favorite performers are Joyce Didonato, Marilyn Horne, Ruth Ann Swenson, Diana Damrau, Natalie Dessay, Placido Domingo, and Alan Held to list a few of those as well.
Favorite books	A Girl of the Limberlost by Gene-Stratton Porter, Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte, Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austin, Tuesdays With Morrie by Mitch Albom....I have too many to list!
