| Introduction | I work for a Technology company, but I speak no geek. Our clients call me to explain what it is their tech is trying to tell them. This eventually evolved into writing a monthly newsletter that explains things like firewalls and antivirus protection to business people who are sick of all the technology hooey and just want to know 1) What does it look like? 2) What should I do if my child accidently swallows it? 3) What does it do-just the basics please! 4) What can happen if I ignore these stupid error messages? 5) How much is this gonna cost me? |
